Loyalty & Rewards
Best Loyalty Apps for Shopify: Top 10 Picks for 2026 (Tried & Tested)
Love Loyalty is the best loyalty app for Shopify for most growing stores in 2026. Shopify doesn’t come with a rewards program, so if you want customers earning points and coming back, you need an app for it. There are hundreds on the App Store, and on their pricing pages they all look roughly the same.
They stop looking the same the moment you check what each plan includes. VIP tiers cost $49 a month on one app and need a sales call on another. Some apps include in-store loyalty on their cheapest plan. Others reserve it for a $199 tier.
We went through the ten most popular ones, checked every price and plan limit in one sitting, and pulled the merchant complaint patterns from Magicbean’s own study of 3,410 App Store reviews. Here’s what we’d install, and what we’d skip.
- Love Loyalty: best overall for growing stores
- LoyaltyLion: best for data-led retention teams
- BON: best flat price at high order volume
- Growave: best loyalty, reviews and wishlist in one app
- Smile: best for Shopify Plus security requirements
- Yotpo: best if you already run Yotpo Reviews
- Joy: best for headless and multi-store brands
- Rivo: best low-cost VIP tiers for small stores
- Okendo: best for brands already on Okendo Reviews
- CWILL: best if you already run other CWILL apps
Why loyalty programs matter more for Shopify stores in 2026
A Shopify loyalty app tracks points, rewards and referrals for each customer and turns them into discounts, free products or store credit. Shopify has no native points program, so the app holds every balance.
Fewer stores run one than you’d expect. StoreInspect research covering more than 540,000 Shopify stores found around 502,000 with no loyalty app visible on the storefront, including 162,000 that get over 50,000 visits a month.
What changed this year is where rewards appear. Redemption moved into the cart and, for Shopify Plus stores, into checkout. In-store loyalty through Shopify POS now shows up on $12 and $19 plans.
How we ranked these
We went through each app’s Shopify App Store listing and its own pricing page, mapped which plan unlocks which feature, then checked the complaint patterns in Magicbean’s study of 3,410 Shopify loyalty app reviews. Here’s what we weighed.
- Pricing. What you’ll pay at your order volume once overage is included.
- Features. Points, tiers, referrals, memberships, and which plan each one needs.
- Ease of use. Setup, the dashboard, and how rewards look to a customer.
- Support and documentation. Whether help exists on lower plans.
- Merchant reports. Complaint patterns across the review study’s two-year window.
One thing worth knowing before you read any list like this: most pages ranking for this search are published by loyalty app vendors, and each one ranks its own app first.
Quick comparison of top Shopify loyalty apps

What each app costs at your order volume
The figures below are the cheapest plan that includes VIP tiers at each volume, with overage added where the plan has a cap. Billing metrics differ, so check each app’s section for what sits behind the price.

10 Best Shopify loyalty and reward apps for 2026
Each app below gets the same treatment: what it does well, where it gates features, who should install it, and what it costs.
1. Love Loyalty
Most loyalty apps put tiers, memberships and in-store loyalty on separate plans. Love Loyalty brings all three together on its middle plan, and that’s why it wins here. The customer side is the cleanest in this group, with rewards applied in the cart in two steps rather than through a pop-up widget, which removes the point where most shoppers drop out.
Paid memberships are the piece worth a closer look. You can sell a monthly or yearly membership with permanent perks, so the program brings money in as well as handing discounts out, and we work through what the membership fee costs at different sales volumes separately. In Magicbean’s review study, 52.2% of Love Loyalty’s 186 written reviews mention rewards features, against a 27.2% category average.
Key features
- Points and referrals with in-cart redemption, on every plan including free
- VIP tiers built from your Shopify customer segments
- Paid monthly and yearly memberships
- B2B loyalty with separate earning rules for wholesale buyers
- Shopify POS from the $12 plan, so in-store and online buyers share one balance
- Apple and Google Wallet passes
What we like
- Customers redeem without hunting for a widget.
- POS, Klaviyo and Shopify Flow all arrive on the $12 plan.
- Loyalty and memberships run from one dashboard.
- Full customization and live chat support are on the free plan.
Where it falls short
- Membership sales carry a 1.8% transaction fee on Growth, halved to 0.8% on Plus.
- Checkout extensions and API access wait for the $399 Plus plan, which affects Shopify Plus stores wanting redemption inside checkout.
- The free plan stops at 150 orders a month.
- At 384 reviews, the record is shorter than Smile’s 4,629.
Best for: growing stores that want tiers, memberships or in-store loyalty without an enterprise contract. Skip it if your security team needs SOC-2 documentation, which is where Smile comes out ahead.
Pricing: free for 150 orders a month, then $12, $79 and $399, with annual billing cutting Growth to $59 a month. Plans as listed on Love Loyalty’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 150/mo |
| Professional | $12/mo | 500/mo |
| Growth | $79/mo | 2,000/mo, then $15 per 100 |
| Plus | $399/mo | Unlimited |
2. LoyaltyLion
LoyaltyLion is built for teams who treat loyalty as a data problem. Lifetime value, RFM data and retention reporting come on every plan including free, which is rare at any price, and the Klaviyo integration fires flows on tier upgrades and points milestones. There’s also an API on every tier, headless included.
The commercial side is where it asks more of you. Paid pricing is a custom quote from $199 a month, VIP tiers are an add-on on the entry paid plan, and the study recorded 8 one- and two-star reviews over two years. What the quote actually includes is worth reading before the sales call.
Key features
- Lifetime value, RFM and retention reporting on all plans
- Klaviyo flow triggers built around loyalty events
- A rewards page the LoyaltyLion team builds for you
- API and headless API access from Classic
- Checkout redemption for Shopify Plus stores
What we like
- The free plan covers 400 orders from new customers, the most generous here.
- Classic includes an onboarding manager.
- Advanced and Plus add twice-yearly or quarterly program reviews on request.
Where it falls short
- VIP and conditional tiers are a paid add-on on Classic.
- Shopify POS covers a single location on Classic, so multi-site retailers need Advanced.
- Multilingual translation starts on Advanced, which is quote-only.
- Classic caps existing customers at 2,000, with $10 per extra 100 new-customer orders.
Best for: brands with someone who will act on segmentation data. Skip it if you want published pricing.
Pricing: free for 400 new-customer orders, then Classic from $199 a month, with Advanced and Plus quoted. Plans as listed on LoyaltyLion’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 400 new-customer orders |
| Classic | From $199/mo | From 500, then $10 per 100 |
| Advanced | Custom quote | 4,000 customer cap |
| Plus | Custom quote | 10,000+ customer cap |
3. BON
BON removes the order cap at the top, which nothing else here does at this price. Growth is a flat $129 a month with unlimited orders, so a frantic November costs the same as a quiet February. For a busy store that doesn’t need memberships, that’s the most predictable bill in the category, and we break down where that flat fee starts beating per-order pricing in more detail.
BON also handles 250+ display languages from the $29 plan, further than the enterprise apps reach. It holds a 5.0 rating across 1,956 reviews, and 24/7 chat and email support runs on every plan including free.
Key features
- Unlimited monthly orders on Growth
- 250+ display languages and multi-currency discounts from Basic
- VIP and B2B tiers on Growth
- Shopify POS, Shopify Flow and unlimited integrations from Basic
- Redemption at checkout and on the post-purchase page for Shopify Plus stores, on every plan
- An AI setup assistant that suggests a points strategy and widget theme
What we like
- No overage invoices during peak season.
- Checkout redemption is on the free plan for Plus stores.
- Support is 24/7 on every tier.
Where it falls short
- Tiers, product-page points and custom CSS all wait for Growth at $129.
- Points for specific collections costs $50 a month as an add-on below Growth, and excluding customers by tag costs $10.
- Klaviyo starts on Starter, and POS waits for Basic.
- API access, the SDK and Hydrogen support are Plus-only, and Plus is quote-only.
- The trial is 7 days, the shortest here.
Best for: high-volume stores and multi-language brands that want a fixed monthly cost. Skip it if you sell paid memberships.
Pricing: free for 150 orders, then $15, $29 and $129 a month, with annual billing cutting Growth to $103. Plans as listed on BON Loyalty’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 150/mo |
| Starter | $15/mo | 300/mo |
| Basic | $29/mo | 500/mo |
| Growth | $129/mo | Unlimited |
| Plus | Custom quote | Unlimited |
4. Growave
Growave is three apps in one. Alongside loyalty you get photo reviews, a wishlist with back-in-stock alerts and a gift registry, which is why small stores like it. The wishlist earns its keep more than it sounds, since a restock email gives you a reason to contact someone who hasn’t bought yet.
Priced against a separate loyalty app plus a separate reviews app, the $15 Entry plan is good value, and POS is included there. The step up is the thing to plan for. Tiers, points expiry, gift cards, store credit and a loyalty page all arrive together on Growth at $199, and our review of the bundle works through whether the three modules earn that jump.
Key features
- Loyalty, photo reviews, wishlist and Q&A in one dashboard
- Back-in-stock and on-sale emails from Growth
- Gift cards and store credit as reward types
- Shopify POS and Shopify Flow on every plan
- REST API, JavaScript SDK and webhooks on Plus
What we like
- One vendor and one bill for what would otherwise be three subscriptions.
- Plus adds 24/7 phone support and a customer success manager.
- Reviews feed into the Google Shopping feed from Growth.
Where it falls short
- There’s no free plan, so the cheapest way in is $15 a month.
- The gap from $15 to $199 for VIP tiers is the widest in this list.
- Entry allows one integration, so a store running Klaviyo and a subscription app will need Growth.
- Overage on Entry is $20 per 100 orders.
- Checkout extensions and custom loyalty page design need Plus at $499.
Best for: small stores that want reviews, wishlist and loyalty from one vendor. Skip it if tiers are a day-one requirement on a small budget.
Pricing: plans run $15 to $999 a month by order volume. Plans as listed on Growave’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | $15/mo | 500, then $20 per 100 |
| Growth | $199/mo | 1,500, then $15 per 100 |
| Plus | $499/mo | 3,000, then $10 per 100 |
| Unlimited | $999/mo | No limit |
5. Smile
Smile is the app your security team will approve. It carries Shopify’s Plus Security Certification on every plan, adds SOC-2 compliance and security review support on Plus, and has a longer record than anything else here, with 4,629 reviews behind a 4.9 rating. When procurement asks for a penetration test report, that ends the conversation.
The program itself is deliberately simple, and native Shopify POS support is on every plan including free, which no other app here matches. Tiers sit three plans up at $199, alongside points expiry, which is the gap that sends most stores looking at Smile.io alternatives or into our full review of the plan ladder.
Key features
- Points, referrals and 10+ ways to earn on every plan
- Native Shopify POS support from the free plan
- All loyalty emails sent through Klaviyo from the $15 plan
- VIP tiers synced to Shopify metafields on Growth
- Loyalty benchmarks against comparable stores on Growth
- SOC-2 compliance and white-glove migration on Plus
What we like
- Free POS support, which rivals charge $12 to $129 for.
- The free plan covers 200 orders with discounts and free-shipping rewards.
- 25 pre-built loyalty reports on Growth, more than most apps publish at any tier.
Where it falls short
- VIP tiers and points expiry both start at $199.
- Plus is billed annually only at $999 a month, an $11,988 commitment.
- Admin roles and audit logs are Enterprise-only, above the plan carrying SOC-2.
- Essential allows one integration and Standard allows two.
- Smile had the most one- and two-star reviews of the 25 apps in Magicbean’s review results by app (24 over two years), which partly reflects its size.
Best for: Shopify Plus brands that need certifications and a vendor with history. Skip it if you want tiers cheaply.
Pricing: free for 200 orders, then $15, $79 and $199 a month, with Plus at $999 billed annually. Plans as listed on Smile.io’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 200/mo |
| Essential | $15/mo | 500/mo |
| Standard | $79/mo | 1,000/mo |
| Growth | $199/mo | 2,500, then $20 per 100 |
| Plus | $999/mo, annual | 7,500, then $5 per 100 |
6. Yotpo
Yotpo Loyalty is a straightforward call: it fits if you already pay Yotpo for reviews, and it’s harder to justify if you don’t. Points for photo and video reviews feed the same customer profile, and the campaign library covers punch cards, goal spend and anniversary rewards with no setup work. Shopify POS, Klaviyo and the ROI dashboard are all on the free plan. The company’s recent history belongs in the decision too.
In August 2025 Yotpo cut roughly a third of its staff and retired its email and SMS products to focus on Reviews and Loyalty, and the app still sits on the old Swell Rewards listing from an earlier acquisition.
Key features
- Points for reviews and photos when paired with Yotpo Reviews
- Referrals with fraud prevention on the free plan
- Reward redemption at checkout from Pro
- Shopify POS, Klaviyo and Recharge integrations on every plan
- Punch cards and goal spend campaigns on Pro
What we like
- The ROI, reward and referral dashboards all come with the free plan.
- Pro pricing is published by order band, so you can see the ladder before you talk to sales.
Where it falls short
- The free plan is available only to stores doing fewer than 100 orders a month.
- VIP tiers, free-product rewards, free shipping and the advanced CSS editor are all Premium, which is a custom quote.
- Pro runs $199 at 500 orders and $399 at 2,000.
- Live chat on Free and Pro is an AI chatbot, with a human on Premium.
- Yotpo doesn’t carry the Built for Shopify badge.
Best for: stores already running Yotpo Reviews. Skip it if loyalty is the only thing you need.
Pricing: free below 100 orders a month, then Pro from $199 by order band, with Premium quoted. Plans as listed on Yotpo Loyalty’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Under 100/mo |
| Pro | $199 to $599/mo | 500 to 5,000 by band |
| Premium | Custom quote | Custom |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Custom |

7. Joy
Joy earns its spot on the top plan, which supports Hydrogen headless storefronts, runs one program across several stores, and ships an AI copilot with an MCP server. Below that, the $129 Advanced plan covers VIP and B2B tiers, paid memberships, POS, wallet passes and redemption in the cart drawer, and the Advanced plan gets a closer look in our review.
Joy carries Built for Shopify with 4.9 stars from 1,791 reviews, and every paid plan has a 30-day refund, which nothing else here offers.
Key features
- VIP and B2B tiers, paid memberships and a rule engine on Advanced
- Redemption in the cart drawer and a POS extension on Advanced
- Hydrogen support, multi-store and APIs on Ultimate
- Apple and Google Wallet passes on Advanced
What we like
- Headless support at a published price rather than a sales call.
- The 30-day refund on paid plans takes the risk out of trying it.
Where it falls short
- Referrals are capped at 30 on the free plan and 100 on Essential.
- POS waits until $129, where Love Loyalty includes it at $12 and CWILL at $19.
- Checkout extensions need Ultimate at $499 and a Shopify Plus store, two gates stacked.
- Stores above 17,000 orders a month move to a custom plan.
Best for: headless builds and brands running several stores. Skip it if you’re one small shop that needs POS.
Pricing: free for 250 orders, then $29, $129 and $499 a month by order volume. Plans as listed on Joy’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $0 | 250/mo |
| Essential | $29/mo | 500, then $15 per 100 |
| Advanced | $129/mo | 2,000, then $10 per 100 |
| Ultimate | $499/mo | 7,000, then $5 per 100 |
8. Rivo
Rivo is the cheapest route to VIP tiers in this list. Scale costs $49 a month and includes tiers, points expiry, custom CSS and fonts, bonus campaigns and analytics, where Smile and Growave both charge $199 for the equivalent. The $15 Essential plan below it covers POS, theme extensions and 24/7 human support.
The thing to watch is the Scale plan’s order allowance, which is 400 a month before $20 per extra 100 starts, and how fast that overage adds up decides whether the $49 holds.
Key features
- VIP tiers, referrals and points expiry on Scale at $49
- Custom CSS and font branding on Scale
- Shopify POS and 24/7 human support from Essential
- Developer toolkit and checkout extensions on Plus
What we like
- Tiers at $49 are the cheapest published price for that feature here.
- 24/7 human support starts at $15.
Where it falls short
- Scale includes 400 orders, fewer than the $15 Essential plan’s 500, then charges $20 per 100 up to a $499 ceiling.
- The referral program starts on Scale, so the free and $15 plans are points only.
- Rivo doesn’t carry the Built for Shopify badge as of October 2026.
- Rivo had the fourth-most one- and two-star reviews of the 25 apps in Magicbean’s study (16 over two years).
- rivo.io now sells Cashback and Accounts products instead of these loyalty tiers, so the App Store listing is the reliable price.
Best for: small stores that want tiers immediately. Skip it if you’ll pass 1,000 orders a month soon.
Pricing: free for 200 orders, then $15, $49 and $499 a month. Plans as listed on Rivo’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 200/mo |
| Essential | $15/mo | 500/mo |
| Scale | $49/mo | 400, then $20 per 100 |
| Plus | $499/mo | 2,500/mo |
9. Okendo
The prices on Okendo’s App Store listing cover reviews. Okendo Loyalty is a separate product on okendo.io, starting at $99 a month for 200 orders. What you get for that is everything.
VIP tiers, points multipliers, expiry, store credit, checkout extensions and the full analytics set are included on every plan, with only headless support, API access and webhooks sitting behind an add-on below the $999 tier. For a brand already running Okendo Reviews, loyalty data lands in the same customer profile.
Key features
- Every loyalty feature on every plan, tiers and checkout extensions included
- Store credit as a redemption type
- Shopify POS and Shopify Flow from the entry plan
- ROI and VIP tier reporting throughout
What we like
- Nothing is gated by plan, so the cheapest tier runs the same program as the priciest.
- Checkout extensions at $99 undercut every app here that charges for them.
Where it falls short
- A 2,000-order store sits in the $699 Power band.
- There’s no free plan, and going over your band means upgrading or buying an order-credit top-up.
- Headless support, API access and webhooks are paid add-ons below the $999 plan.
- Okendo had the third-most one- and two-star reviews in Magicbean’s study (21 over two years).
Best for: brands already paying for Okendo Reviews. Skip it if loyalty is all you need.
Pricing: Okendo Loyalty runs $99 to $999 a month by order band, monthly or annual. Plans as listed on Okendo’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $99/mo | Up to 200/mo |
| Growth | $299/mo | Up to 1,500/mo |
| Power | $699/mo | Up to 3,500/mo |
| Advanced | $999/mo | Up to 10,000/mo |
10. CWILL
If you’re comparing this app under three names, they’re one product. Loloyal became TrustWILL and then CWILL, and the App Store URL still reads loloyal. Underneath the naming, it’s a capable low-cost app carrying Built for Shopify with 4.9 stars from 809 reviews.
Custom CSS and 24/7 support are on the free plan, POS arrives at $19, and VIP tiers, a loyalty page and Klaviyo all land on Growth at $69. It connects to CWILL’s own reviews and helpdesk apps if you run those.
Key features
- Points and referrals with custom CSS on the free plan
- Shopify POS, pop-ups and multi-language from Starter
- VIP tiers, loyalty page and Klaviyo on Growth
- Shopify tag and metafield sync on Growth
What we like
- Tiers at $69 undercut most of this list.
- Custom CSS on a free plan is unusual.
Where it falls short
- The free plan stops at 50 orders a month, and cwill.com states 20.
- Growth is banded, so $69 covers 500 orders and 2,000 costs $169.
- API access and checkout extensions need Plus, which starts at $599.
- Klaviyo and Omnisend wait for Growth.
Best for: small stores already using CWILL apps. Skip it if you need a usable free plan.
Pricing: free for 50 orders, then $19, $69 to $229 by band, and Plus from $599. Plans as listed on CWILL Loyalty’s App Store page.
| Plan | Price | Orders included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 50/mo |
| Starter | $19 or $29/mo | 200 or 500/mo |
| Growth | $69 to $229/mo | 500 to 3,000/mo |
| Plus | From $599/mo | Custom |
Also considered
Six more apps from the pricing research, and why each one missed the ranking.
- Appstle Loyalty is cheap with tiers from $30 and POS from $10. It missed the list because loyalty is newer than its subscriptions product.
- Toki includes tiers and POS on a free plan covering 1,000 orders. It missed on review volume, at 95.
- Essent Loyalty gives tiers away free and tops out at $79 for unlimited orders. It missed because it bills on loyalty-influenced orders, which is harder to forecast.
- Flits builds loyalty into customer accounts, with tiers from $49. POS waits until $199.
- Stamped sells standalone loyalty at $299 for 5,000 orders, so the entry price suits larger stores.
- Rise.ai runs store credit and gift cards in place of points, worth a look if you’d rather skip a points ledger.
How to choose the right loyalty app for your Shopify store
Six questions that will narrow ten apps down to two.
- What’s your order count? Free plans here stop between 50 and 400 orders a month. Choose the app whose next plan up you can live with, because you’ll be on it within a year.
- Are tiers a day-one feature? Rivo ($49), CWILL ($69) and Love Loyalty ($79) include them cheaply. Smile and Growave charge $199, and LoyaltyLion and Yotpo quote for them.
- Do you sell in person? Smile and Yotpo include POS free, Love Loyalty from $12, Rivo from $15, CWILL from $19 and BON from $29. Joy waits until $129.
- Do you already pay for reviews? Yotpo and Okendo make the most financial sense as a second module on a platform you’re already using.
- Will you sell memberships? Only Love Loyalty and Joy run paid memberships in this list, and Love Loyalty includes them at $79.
- Who’s running this? LoyaltyLion pays off with a retention analyst behind it. A founder doing five jobs will get more from BON, Smile or Love Loyalty.
What we’d pick if we were starting today
Under 2,000 orders a month, about $1.7M a year at Shopify’s $72 average order value, we’d install Love Loyalty and start on Growth at $79. That one plan runs VIP tiers, Shopify POS, paid memberships, B2B rules and wallet passes, and customers redeem in the cart in two steps. Stores under about 500 orders can start on the $12 Professional plan, which already covers POS, Klaviyo and Shopify Flow, and add tiers later. If memberships aren’t part of the plan, CWILL Growth at $69 for 500 orders is the budget fallback.
Above 2,000 orders it comes down to two apps. Stay on Love Loyalty if memberships, B2B rules or checkout redemption matter, paying $15 per 100 extra orders on Growth until roughly 4,100 orders a month, where Plus at $399 takes over with unlimited orders and the membership fee cut from 1.8% to 0.8%. Pick BON Growth at $129 if you want one flat bill whatever December does, plus 250+ display languages, accepting that you lose memberships and B2B loyalty to get it. One exception on both counts: a Plus brand that needs SOC-2 for a security review should pick Smile Plus.
For Shopify Plus stores, see our separate guide to loyalty apps for Shopify Plus, where checkout redemption and API access change the ranking.
Switching loyalty apps without losing balances
Export every customer’s points balance before you uninstall anything, since uninstalling can take the app’s data with it. Import the file into the new app, then check a handful of real customers and any discount codes already issued. Migration is the part merchants talk about most when they switch.
In Magicbean’s review study, 86% of the reviews describing a move between loyalty apps praised the support or migration help, and Yotpo, Smile and Stamped were the apps named most often as the one left behind. Our guide to moving loyalty points between Shopify apps covers the full sequence, and the guide to migrating from Smile.io without losing points walks through one app end to end.
What changed in this category in 2026
Yotpo finished retiring email and SMS after its 2025 restructure, leaving Reviews and Loyalty as the focus. Loloyal became TrustWILL and then CWILL while keeping its original listing and review history. Rivo moved its own site to selling Cashback and Accounts products, so its loyalty tiers now live on the App Store listing. And Shopify’s native store credit is turning up as a redemption option across more apps, which makes balances easier to carry between them.
Conclusion
Love Loyalty is the best Shopify loyalty app for most growing stores in 2026, because tiers, POS, memberships and B2B loyalty sit together on one $79 plan with a redemption flow customers actually complete. BON is the better call for high-volume stores wanting a flat $129 bill, and Smile where certifications decide the vendor. Check the cost at the order volume you expect next year rather than this one.

How much does a Shopify loyalty app cost?
Most Shopify loyalty apps are free up to 150 to 400 orders a month, then cost $12 to $199 for a mid-sized store. At 2,000 orders a month, Love Loyalty costs $79, CWILL $169, Smile $199, Yotpo $399 and Okendo $699, as of October 2026.

Do customers lose points if I change loyalty apps?
Customers keep their points if you export balances before uninstalling and import them into the new app. Magicbean’s review study found 86% of the reviews describing a switch praised the migration help they got, so ask both vendors what they will move before you commit.
