Loyalty & Rewards

Best Stamped Loyalty alternatives (2026)

Stamped Loyalty has one published price. It’s $299 a month, whether your store ships 300 orders or 4,900. Dedicated loyalty apps start at $12 to $15 a month for a 500-order store, so the gap is large for smaller shops.

Stamped sells three products (Reviews, Loyalty and Repeat), and the first decision is which of them you’re replacing. If you want a Stamped Loyalty replacement and plan to keep your reviews, Love Loyalty is the strongest pick. If reviews and loyalty need to live in one app, Growave and Okendo are the two Stamped Reviews and Loyalty alternatives worth a demo. For the wider category, see the best Shopify loyalty apps article.

What Stamped Loyalty includes and how it’s sold now

Stamped Loyalty covers the standard program mechanics:

  • Points for purchases and custom earning actions
  • Referral program
  • VIP tiers
  • Discount and free-shipping rewards
  • On-site launcher and display widgets
  • Pre-built email and SMS templates
  • Basic program analytics
  • A connection to Stamped Reviews, so review activity can earn points

Two things have changed since 2024. The standalone Stamped Loyalty & Referrals app no longer appears on the Shopify App Store. Loyalty now sits inside the combined Stamped Reviews & Loyalty listing, which has a 4.7 rating from 3,749 reviews.

Stamped also merged with Repeat, a predictive reordering company, in August 2024. The lifecycle product from that deal is sold as Repeat at $499 a month at 5,000 orders. It’s listed next to Reviews, which starts at $23, and Loyalty at $299. Multi-product bundles get 20% off, and billing is month to month.

Why merchants look for Stamped alternatives

1. They use only one Stamped module

Plenty of Stamped accounts started with reviews and added loyalty later, or the other way round. When one module sits unused, the bundle stops making sense. A store that only runs the rewards program pays Stamped’s loyalty price for a job that dedicated loyalty apps handle for a fraction of the cost.

2. Loyalty costs $299 at any store size

The App Store listing shows a single loyalty plan covering up to 5,000 orders a month for $299. There is no smaller tier, so a 400-order store pays the same as a 4,900-order store. That’s about 20 times what Rivo or Smile.io charge on their 500-order plans.

The flat price works in Stamped’s favour at higher volumes, which the cost section below covers.

3. They need memberships, wallets or B2B

Stamped’s loyalty program has no paid memberships, Apple and Google Wallet passes or B2B customer segments. Stamped lists POS among its loyalty integrations, but its Shopify setup documentation doesn’t cover in-store use, a gap our POS and omnichannel roundup tracks plan by plan.

4. Recent support complaints

The nine newest App Store reviews for Stamped Reviews & Loyalty, posted between July and October 2026, include three one-star ratings.

  • Two say review requests stopped sending.
  • One merchant reports being billed after uninstalling.

Most of these complaints are about the reviews side, and nine reviews is a small sample next to Stamped’s 3,749 total, which is the sort of concentration our app-by-app review study found across 25 apps. A merchant already frustrated with support still has good reason to rethink the whole Stamped stack.

How we picked these 8 alternatives

Replacing Stamped is two decisions for most stores, so we compared the Stamped alternatives for Shopify on five questions:

  • Does the app replace loyalty, reviews or both?
  • What does it cost at your order volume?
  • Can reviews earn points without a workaround?
  • How deep are its Klaviyo and SMS connections?
  • How does it take in a Stamped export?

No app here wins all five. Each one is ranked for the job it does best.

Top Stamped Loyalty alternatives compared

The table lists each app’s lowest paid plan in its own billing unit. VIP tiers get their own column because that’s where most pricing ladders jump.

The best Stamped Loyalty alternatives

1. Love Loyalty

Love Loyalty is the cleanest Stamped Loyalty replacement for a merchant who wants to keep Stamped Reviews or move reviews to Judge.me. Customers redeem points in the cart in two steps, so nobody has to open a launcher widget to spend a reward. Points also show on product pages and in 15+ other storefront placements.

The plan ladder is where Love Loyalty pulls away from Stamped.

  • Professional ($12/mo): POS earning and redemption, the loyalty page, Klaviyo and Shopify Flow.
  • Growth ($79/mo): VIP tiers, paid memberships with a 1.8% transaction fee, Apple and Google Wallet passes, and B2B programs for customer segments.
  • Plus ($399/mo): checkout extensions, API access and no order limit.

Where Stamped still wins: one vendor and one bill for reviews and loyalty, with review-for-points built in. Love Loyalty lists Judge.me among its 30+ integrations for that link.

Best for: stores that want memberships, wallet passes, POS or B2B, and anyone keeping a separate reviews app.

2. Growave

Growave replaces both halves of Stamped and adds a wishlist. Photo reviews, Q&A, review request emails and Google rich snippets are on every plan, including the $15 Entry plan. Reviews can be imported from a file.

Loyalty on Entry covers points, referrals with fraud protection and free-product rewards. POS works on all plans.

The catch is the jump to VIP tiers and store credit. Those need Growth at $199 a month for 1,500 orders, and custom ways to earn wait until Plus at $499. For a Stamped customer paying for both modules, Growth still lands below Stamped’s combined list price at 500 and 1,500 orders.

Where Stamped still wins: a simpler loyalty admin, and no $184 gap between the entry plan and VIP tiers.

Best for: merchants who want reviews and loyalty in one dashboard with monthly billing. Our Growave alternatives page covers the case where only the loyalty half matters.

3. Okendo

Okendo is the closest like-for-like replacement for a full Stamped setup. It sells reviews, loyalty, referrals, surveys and quizzes as separate products under one account, with customer data in one profile. Loyalty works with Shopify POS through UI extensions on every loyalty plan, according to Okendo’s help centre.

It’s also the priciest option on this list. Figures below are from okendo.io/pricing as captured by StorePilot on 25 August 2026.

Okendo product0–200 orders201–1,500 orders1,501–3,500 orders
Loyalty on its own$99/mo$299/mo$699/mo
Reviews + Loyalty + Surveys bundle (annual term)$96/mo$348/mo$789/mo

For migration, Okendo accepts a generic CSV with each customer’s email, status, join date, points balance and VIP tier. Tier names must match your Okendo setup exactly or those rows fail to import.

Where Stamped still wins: month-to-month billing on bundles, and a lower combined price once you pass 1,500 orders.

Best for: larger DTC brands that want reviews and loyalty from one vendor and can commit to a year.

4. Yotpo Loyalty

Yotpo Loyalty makes sense when you’re moving reviews and SMS into the Yotpo ecosystem too. Its referral tooling is the most developed at the entry level on this list, with referral email flows and fraud prevention on every plan, Free included. Pro adds birthday and social earning rules plus redemption at checkout.

Yotpo’s pricing is charged per order:

  • Free: stores under 100 orders a month.
  • Pro: $199 a month for 500 orders, then $0.08 to $0.20 for each extra order.
  • Premium: quote only, and required for VIP tiers and free-product rewards.
  • Enterprise: quotes for stores above 5,000 orders.

Where Stamped still wins: a flat $299 that doesn’t rise with each order up to 5,000.

Best for: brands already on Yotpo Reviews or Yotpo SMS, and programs built around referrals. Our Yotpo Loyalty alternatives page runs the same comparison from Yotpo’s side.

5. LoyaltyLion

LoyaltyLion is the analytics pick. Retention and ROI reports, customer lifetime value and RFM data are on every paid plan, so you can see which members come back and which drop off. For stores that run their messaging through Klaviyo or Attentive, LoyaltyLion’s advanced Klaviyo events sit on Plus, on top of the standard Klaviyo integration and pre-built flows every plan includes.

The free plan covers up to 400 orders a month. Classic starts from $199 a month, and higher plans are quoted, so budget time for a sales call. VIP tiers are an add-on on Classic. Our LoyaltyLion review covers where the reporting depth actually shows up.

Where Stamped still wins: fully published pricing, and reviews in the same account.

Best for: teams that judge the program by repeat-purchase data, and teams that want loyalty events inside their email and SMS flows.

6. Rivo

Rivo is built around Shopify’s own surfaces. Theme app extensions and POS arrive on the $15 Essential plan, and checkout extensions and a developer toolkit come with Plus. The Scale plan, where VIP tiers and referrals start, costs $49 a month plus $20 per 100 orders above 400, with the total capped at $499.

Rivo also has a published guide for moving off Stamped:

  • Request a CSV from Stamped support.
  • Upload it on Rivo’s import page.
  • Wait for customers to appear with their points balances. The import can take up to an hour.

Where Stamped still wins: reviews. Rivo is loyalty only.

Best for: Shopify-first stores that want the program inside the theme and checkout, and stores that want a documented Stamped migration path. Our Rivo review covers the parts that most often decide it.

7. Smile.io

Smile.io is the easiest program to launch, and it has the largest review base on this list at 4,647 reviews. It carries the Built for Shopify badge. The free plan runs up to 200 orders with points and referrals, and native POS support is included on every plan.

Smile’s plan gates are the sticking point for a Stamped user who already runs VIP tiers. VIP tiers and checkout redemption both need Growth at $199 a month. Essential also limits you to one integration, so connecting Klaviyo plus a reviews app needs Standard at $79.

Where Stamped still wins: VIP tiers without a $199 plan.

Best for: smaller stores replacing Stamped Loyalty with a simple points and referral program. If you’re under 200 orders, see our free Shopify loyalty apps roundup, and our Smile.io review covers the reporting library.

8. Judge.me with a loyalty app

Judge.me has no points or VIP tiers. It’s on this list because it’s the cheapest way to replace Stamped Reviews, and many Stamped accounts pay for reviews they could get free.

  • Free plan: unlimited reviews with photos, plus a reviews importer.
  • Awesome ($15/mo): adds video reviews, Q&A and 130+ integrations, Klaviyo among them.

Paired with Love Loyalty, the stack costs $27 a month at 500 orders on Love’s Professional plan, or $94 with VIP tiers on Growth. At 1,500 orders it’s still $94.

Where Stamped still wins: one dashboard and one invoice.

Best for: merchants whose main goal is cutting cost, and anyone having trouble with Stamped’s review requests not sending.

One app or two? Replacing the Stamped stack

Stamped users are used to one login for reviews and rewards. Moving to two apps adds a second dashboard and a second set of widgets to keep visually consistent. It also needs an integration so review events can award points, and you should confirm that link works before you commit.

SetupExampleDashboardsReviews earn pointsStorefront consistencyCost at 1,500 orders

The two-app route with Judge.me and Love Loyalty is the cheapest setup at 500 and 1,500 orders. An all-in-one suite earns its extra cost when your team wants one customer profile across reviews and loyalty, or when managing two vendors is the bigger headache. Our Growave review covers where the three modules meet, and if Klaviyo drives most of your retention, the loyalty app Klaviyo integration guide covers what syncs and what does not.

How to migrate from Stamped

The points export takes the longest because it goes through Stamped support. Start there.

  • Download your new loyalty app’s import template first. Rivo, Okendo and LoyaltyLion all publish CSV import guides, and their required fields differ.
  • Email Stamped support for a CSV of loyalty customers with points balances and VIP tiers. Stamped’s help centre documents imports, and we found no self-serve points export.
  • Export reviews from All Reviews in the Stamped admin. Stamped emails any export over 50 reviews to the account owner, according to Growave’s export guide.
  • Import reviews into the new app. Judge.me and Growave both have review importers.
  • Import points and match tier names exactly.
  • Run the new program for a week or two before uninstalling Stamped, and place a test order to confirm points post correctly.
  • Cancel Stamped billing in its admin after uninstalling. One October 2026 review reports charges continuing after removal.
  • Email members to say their balances moved and where the new rewards page lives.

For a step-by-step checklist, see our guide to moving loyalty points between Shopify apps.

What replacing Stamped costs at 500, 1,500 and 5,000 orders

All figures are monthly sticker prices as of 27 October 2026. Loyalty options are priced on the plan that includes VIP tiers, so they match Stamped’s feature set. LoyaltyLion is left out because its plans above Classic are quoted.

Below 1,500 orders, every loyalty alternative with VIP tiers except Okendo costs less than Stamped Loyalty on its own. Rivo is cheapest at 500 orders by $10. Love Loyalty is cheapest at 1,500.

Stamped’s flat price catches up as volume grows. Love Loyalty’s Growth plan charges $15 per 100 orders above 2,000, so it passes $299 at roughly 3,500 orders a month. From there to 5,000 orders, Stamped Loyalty is the cheapest option in this table with VIP tiers.

The loyalty-only rows leave out reviews. If you’re dropping Stamped Reviews too, add Judge.me at $0 to $15. The full cost breakdown for every app is in our Shopify loyalty app pricing comparison, and our cost-at-scale research covers what happens past the first bracket.

Who should stay with Stamped

Stamped is still the right call for some stores:

  • Stores doing 3,500 to 5,000 orders a month, where a flat $299 undercuts every loyalty alternative with VIP tiers
  • Merchants on the Reviews and Loyalty bundle who want one vendor and one invoice
  • Brands using Stamped Repeat for reorder reminders
  • Teams happy with Stamped’s review-to-points link and its Klaviyo integration

If your store is under 3,500 orders, replace Stamped Loyalty first, because that’s where the $299 plan costs the most relative to the alternatives. Keep Stamped Reviews until you have a reason to leave it. Move reviews too if the support and sending problems in recent reviews match what you’re seeing.

FAQs

Is Stamped Loyalty separate from Stamped Reviews?

They’re separate products with separate prices, $299 and from $23 a month. On Shopify both are installed through one app, Stamped Reviews & Loyalty, because the standalone loyalty listing is no longer available.

What is the best alternative to Stamped Loyalty?

For a loyalty-only swap, Love Loyalty. It has POS from $12 a month, and its $79 Growth plan includes VIP tiers, paid memberships and wallet passes. For reviews and loyalty together, Growave is the lower-cost suite and Okendo is the closer match.

Can I keep Stamped Reviews and replace only Loyalty?

Yes. Cancel the loyalty product, keep Reviews on its own plan, and install a loyalty app. You lose Stamped’s built-in review-for-points link, so check whether your new app integrates with Stamped Reviews. LoyaltyLion publishes a Stamped integration.

Can I move my reviews and customers’ points from Stamped?

Reviews export as a CSV from the Stamped admin, and Judge.me and Growave both import review files. Points need a CSV from Stamped support. Rivo and Okendo both document how to import that file.

Which alternative combines reviews and loyalty?

Growave and Okendo. Growave includes reviews and loyalty plus a wishlist from $15 a month. Okendo sells reviews, loyalty, referrals and surveys as products you can bundle, with annual terms on bundles.

Is Stamped cheaper than Yotpo?

Below about 1,000 orders a month, Yotpo Loyalty Pro costs less than Stamped Loyalty’s $299. Yotpo is $199 for 500 orders plus $0.08 to $0.20 per extra order. Above roughly 1,750 orders, Stamped is cheaper at any Yotpo rate. Between those two points, the answer turns on your per-order rate.

Which alternative supports paid memberships?

Love Loyalty includes paid memberships on Growth, with a 1.8% transaction fee, and on Plus at 0.8%. Okendo’s loyalty product also lists paid memberships, marked Early Access. Stamped Loyalty doesn’t sell paid memberships. Our VIP tier app guide ranks the plans that gate them.

Which alternative has the strongest BON Loyalty comparison point?

If the reason you are leaving is a flat fee that never moves, BON Loyalty’s $129 Growth plan is the direct answer and our BON Loyalty review covers it. The LoyaltyLion vs Yotpo Loyalty comparison is the better read if you are choosing between the two analytics-led options instead.
